Ik wil meer zijn dan alleen jouw voedingsdeskundige. Graag wil ik jou coach zijn, op zoek naar het betere van jezelf.
Ik ben er om jou te motiveren en te stimuleren om jouw doel te bereiken. Vermageren is meer dan eten alleen, het is jezelf ontdekken en erkennen. Jezelf graag zien. Kortom kiezen voor deze begeleiding is kiezen voor jezelf. Op naar een beter en nog gezonder leven.

De consultatie

In een eerste afspraak bespreken we dit samen, bekijken we welke stappen het best eerst worden aangepakt , personaliseren we het 7 stappenplan, maken we een lichaamssamenstellingsanalyse ( gewicht,vetpercentage , spiermassa …) en kijken we hoe we dit alles in de praktijk kunnen omzetten.

Deze sessie duurt +- 60 min

 

Bij een tweede afspraak overlopen we hoe de afgelopen periode is verlopen, worden je vragen beantwoord en word je gemotiveerd om je doelstellingen te bereiken.

Er wordt opnieuw een lichaamssamenstelling gedaan. Deze sessie duur +-40 min.

 

Vanaf dan zijn de sessies korter, wordt alles verder geëvalueerd en wordt er telkens een meting gedaan. Deze sessie duurt ongeveer 30 min. Je bepaalt dan ook zelf in welke mate je graag terug komt .
